Ripley was very nice and helpful. The store didn’t have a size she found another one of their locations that did. She showed me sales bins and told me they’re having a big Black Friday sale coming up. GO RIPLEY thank u again everyone

Ko at On Point Sneakers is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was polite, welcoming, and very informative. She really took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. What stood out the most is her talent for putting outfits together — she has a great eye for style and knows how to match sneakers with the perfect look. I’m an aunt buying for my nephew. This store is a life saver. They give the best discounts, and always sell the best quality products. My nephew is special, and he always leaves out with a smile. They make spending money less stressful and the staff is over professional. Thank you for taking care of our community children. I wish I could give you 1,000 stars 🌟

Ko was a tremendous help. She was super sweet and attentive.She managed to go above and beyond as they did not have the sneaker size my son wanted for Christmas. Which were a highly anticipated release. She made sure his size got picked up at their other location and brought to the store same afternoon. She was awesome. I greatly appreciate her for that and for making my son's Christmas 🎄 she promised me they would be there and they were. Thank you so much ❤️ this definitely will be our store from now on. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you ko 🫶 blessings 🙏

We were trying to find matching shoes for our Wedding that’s coming up and happy that we have came here and had met KO. She was amazing to work with and took her time with us. Understood what we wanted and everything. Communicated between the other locations to see what they had in stock as well as allowing us to try on shoes while trying to find the sizes we needed (size 8men and 14/15 men) Definitely 💯 will be back to make another sale with KO she just was amazing and felt like we were family!

Ko is amazing. Overall excellent customer service and was on top of it. She helped my fiance Catie and I find matching shoes for our wedding. She even stayed late for us to make sure we ended up with the ones we really wanted. Overall excellent first time experience. We will be back to look at more Jordans as well as have Ko help us in the future. Thank you again Ko. 🙏🏼
